Roof Leak Repair
Failed lap sealant, cracked EPDM or TPO, torn skylights, and vent gaskets are the #1 source of RV water damage.

Yes. We're a fully mobile service across Ontario. Roof reseal work, slideout seal replacement, and most localized leak repairs are done on-site at your home, campground or storage lot — you never have to drive a leaking rig anywhere.
How urgent is RV water damage?
Very. Every week a leak sits, water travels further into the framing, subfloor and insulation. What starts as a $400 reseal can become a $6,000–$10,000 wall or floor rebuild in a single season. Call us as soon as you see a symptom.
Do you repair slideout leaks?
Yes. We replace failed slideout wiper and bulb seals, re-caulk topper transitions, service slide mechanisms, and repair the water damage slide leaks cause to the floor and lower walls.

How much does RV water damage repair cost?
It scales with how far the water travelled. A resealed seam or a single delaminated panel is a modest repair; replacing rotted framing, floor decking or a section of sidewall runs into the thousands. We give you a written scope and price after inspection — no work starts without your approval.
Will insurance cover RV water damage?
Sudden events — a hail strike, a burst line, storm damage — are often covered. Gradual leaks from failed sealant are usually excluded as maintenance. Our photo-documented inspection reports are written so you can submit them directly to your adjuster.
Can water damage be repaired without removing the whole wall?
Often, yes. If the moisture is caught early we can open a limited area, dry it, replace affected luan and framing, and re-laminate locally. Once rot has spread through the studs or the floor decking, a larger section has to come apart to do it properly.
How often should RV roof seals be inspected?
Twice a year at minimum — in spring before the season and in fall before storage — plus after any hail or branch strike. Self-leveling lap sealant typically needs refreshing every 2–3 years, and that maintenance is far cheaper than any structural repair.
