Fall is winterizing and roof-seal season before the first hard freeze. Spring brings de-winterizing, water-system sanitizing and the leaks that only show up after the thaw. Summer is fridge, air conditioning, slide-out and awning work at campgrounds. Booking a week or two ahead of each changeover is the difference between a planned visit and an emergency one.
